Most people start in E building a team with people they know... (I dont know this guy or team or anything), but moving up "individually" is difficult for that individual pschologically if they don't know anyone on the team they'd be going to. Similarly, moving up "individually" is difficult unless you absolutely stand out or you do know someone that plays up. Therefore, if ya'll keep talking about him here people may pay attention and give him a shot.
