in regards to trades i think you should not allow players to be traded twice. for example players like ajay, matt, risek were traded twice in a season. which allows a team to recieve more draft picks. by making trades like this you no longer keep your team competitve and also take advantage of the rule where you have to trade a player within the 3 rounds of the other player traded.
