I've been working with different outbound calling tools for about a year now, mostly in the context of real estate lead gen and appointment setting. I’ve tried a manual dialer and then moved on to a basic power dialer, but I’ve been hearing more about predictive dialers lately. I get the idea behind both, but I still don’t fully understand which is more effective in real scenarios. Do predictive dialers really save that much more time? Or is the power dialer still more reliable when dealing with higher-value leads where timing and context matter more?
