On the Block deck with the head and head gasket removed, each cylinder has a number
Cyl 1 : 1
Cyl 2 : 1
Cyl 3 : 0
Cyl 4 : 1

I imagine that is how much, or not, the cylinder has been re-bored at some point.

I do have an English translation of a manual, however it is quite basic.
