Very sorry to hear that and to learn of it so long after the fact . She was very supportive of the Vets here on this Message Board. We traded quite a few emails, I sent her some Takhli mementos and had a "Crew Chief" tee shirt made for her as thanks for her many assists. As happens the emails slowed and ended.

for his quick attention to message approvals. If not for moderation the board would be inundated at times by totally off topic, oddball posts. The moderation step and the good sense of all who post here keeps the Board on topic and free from the side trips that ruin many boards.

Susan M. "Susie" Swan 1947 - 2018
I would like to take this moment to pay tribute to one of the most loving and caring persons that I have ever become to know, Susan M. "Susie" Swan.
Susie passed peacefully on February 7, 2018.
Susie was a truly dedicated evangelist of help, love, support and assistance for all of us vets who served at Takhli Royal Thai Air Force Base in central Thailand. She most graciously and unselfishly extended her loving arms of help to all of us here. Myself included.
I think I can speak for all of us in saying: Thank you dear Susie, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the help you provided for all of us here. We all appreciate your kind assistance and support that you gave to us.
You are forever in the hearts you so warmly and unselfishly served.
