I am currently trying to help my dad obtain disability benefits. He was in the 23rd Field Maintenance Squadron. He left for Takhli in April of 1965 and I have heard him talk about stopping in Hawaii. Out of curiosity I checked a paper of his that I have...the Special Order from 835th Air Division (TAC) dated 6 April 1965 and there is an A1C Richard Hopkins and an A2C Donald Kesler listed.
