I just happened to have my performance report. I had forgotten all about it until I started going through my records that I have kept for years and years when I found it. I also have copies of promotions, orders for going to and from Takhli and also my leave records.
I have heard that you can get them by writing to archives. They will only send you DD214's and other info they think that you need. However, I have been told if you request all records in your file then they will send copies of all of that to. I may stand corrected on getting all files since I have not done that.
