Hi John
E-mailed a inquery to Ro yesterday to see if my claim was out of review yet. they replyed today, your claim is not in review yet ( they lied last time ) other claims are ahead of yours and you have to wait your turn and then the standard bullshit. This really bites it, will keep you guys informed.
