Many of us have a lot of time on our hands right now. Perhaps we could share how we first got interested in trains and get to know each other a little bit better. My family moved to Kalamazoo when I was 1 year old. Our front door had glass that extended very low, and the GTW tracks were only a block away. That's about the age when kids start to walk, so when I heard the daily train whistle I could walk (wobble) over to the front door and see the train. What excitement for a toddler! Those tracks are long gone now but my interest in trains has continued for more than 70 years since.
