Steve, track is still in place to Baraga, although not in service, but not abandoned either. Train crew occasionally ties up at Lanse, not sure where they stay though. Most of its business in Lanse is scrap railroad ties for the power plant and CertainTeed has some inbound traffic and a few times in the past year logs have been hauled from Bovine. Not a lot of business, I think the CN kept it for the tie scrapping. Keweenaw is home turf for me so I know its history but I live in the suburbs of Chicago.
