Soo bound trains

Looking at Ontario map and seeing where existing tracks go got me to wondering what the key destination in Canada is for trains going over from the UP. If there are other destinations besides SS Marie, such as to the east, trains have to proceed up the Algoma C about 200 or so miles to CP to continue east. Anyone have any info as to what these trains serve?
