Who is left on this board call out with a response below.

I joined this board nearly 25yrs ago or longer. I hosted many road rallies that featured specifically the PO&N also known as the polly Ann that ran from Pontiac up into the thumb of Michigan to Caseville and has been gone since the early 90's.

I watched so many predatory attacks on posts on this site and people drawn away to another site and and was ripped into for defending this group from those attacks by people who went to that other group.

It's been nearly 6yrs since I posted here because it broke my heart the level of immaturity in grown men and the several women who have been driven from this site.

Michigan has lost alot in railroads over the years but it has some amazing rich and deep history on topic.

One of the amazing success stories here in Michigan is The LakeState Railroad that has been quietly growing and rebuilding everything they get their hands on.

I retired and bought a house in Bay City right across from what's left of the historic Pere Marquette Foss Yard.

It's great to see two railroads use the tracks outside my living room window and witness 4 trains a day and sometimes over 100 cars long.

Who wants to see more activity on this site?
