Canadian Pacific gave up their haulage agreement with CSXT when they got a trackage rights agreement with NS.
CPR does run a daily train from Windsor to Oak Yard in NW Detroit where CPR has a container facility. CPR also runs a daily transfer from Windsor to NS Oakwood Yard in Melvindale, Mich and a daily trainsfer from Windsor to CSXT Rougemere Yard in Dearborn.
CSXT I-150/151 also handle containers for CPR between Oak Yard and the CSXT container transfer facility in North Baltimore, Ohio.
