Well plenty of good ideas but NO MONEY. I have always said the Q-Line should go up to Nine Mile Rd going by the Meijers at 8-mile and the new transit center.Meijers is a destination.
Two years ago they should have been working on a light rail line from MC Depot East to downtown and out Gratiot to Van Dyke. Again, three destinations, MC Depot, Downtown and Eastern Market. If work was started two years ago line would be ready for 2024.
How many years ago did they run a study on AA to Detroit heavy rail train. Even got cars. Where did study go and do you see a train?
