The NOKL hoppers are pretty frequent visitors at the Pigeon and Elkton COOP factilites. A few years ago, there was a long cut(100ish) of covered hoppers stored on the line northwest of Reese. There were fairly new and all the same reporting mark, but they were not NOKL. They were from leasing company. I don't remember which one.
