I don't recall if Flint interchange was included in the agreement for the Flint-Plymouth.
What I am wondering is if there are two crews in the cab. One a LSRC crew running south to the connector, then a CN crew running the train to the yard. That would seem like the only way to get around not having trackage rights across CN's tracks.
Does anyone know if when the consolidations were done there was ever a filing for CSX to run across CN to Torrey Yard for interchange?
