I'm not a musician, only know what appeals to me. So I won't pretend that this is a favorite Trio song, but I do appreciate Buckwheat's unique contribution to it and will leave it to others to discuss finer details. To me, he was a critical lynchpin in the Trio's work and, being unscripted, brought his exceptional talent to each song in just the right measure. The Trio was very fortunate to have his services.
