I was apologizing to Gaylan because when Mikey and I rehearsed the song with him Gaylan kept emphasizing the need to keep up a fairly brisk pace and keep the body of the song the same speed as the intro. Both Mikey and I slowed a bit in the middle of the song, but Gaylan took it in stride.

Jim your banjo work on this was excellent...maybe better than the original. I don't think Stewart was playing the banjo on the recording. Maybe Glenn Campbell ??????
I'm sure that everyone misses Galan... sorry he didn't have a singing part on this song... Jim, what did you say to Galan after you finished the song....Mikey was a little off key at the beginning
