Well, Max, Deering sells repros of Pete's banjo head.
Here's the irony: the new ones are 11 inches. The old PS-5 (Vega Pete Seeger model) took a 10 15/16-inch head, so if you try to put the new Deering head on an old PS-5, you might have a problem.
