His Majesty looks so much like Prince Philip in some of these pictures

When this portrait of the Late Duke of Edinburgh was released I did a double take, because he looked so like his son Charles. As the King has got older he's looking more and more like his Father.

I think Charles is a good mix of his father and his maternal grandmother's family.

Hey now, if you look at a photo of Aunt Sophie of Greece (the one from the 1930s, where she's wearing the amethyst parure) you'd say to yourself "What's Charles doing in drag?"

I have seen photos of Sophie and there is definitely a resemblance, but Charles also looks a bit like his late great uncle David Bowes Lyon as well.
