UK’s top prosecutor says ‘nobody above law’ amid claims against Andrew M-B

Thames Valley police said earlier this week they were in discussion with the Crown Prosecution Service over allegations of misconduct in public office against the former prince.

If the information actually traded hands, and it wasn't just talk, then Andrew has another serious problem. Was he trading sensitive trade information in exchange for young women? The level of his alleged corruption is unbelievable!

He used and abused his privilege, and for what? Did he think he was doing nothing wrong? Did he think no one would find out? Did he think Charles would cover for him? He's an idiot and a fool.

As I've said, Andrew was totally corrupt, he was for sale. "Tell me what you want and how much you'll pay me and it's done." Add to the fact that Andrew is greedy and non too bright. Of course, people that were supposed to be intelligent were caught up in the sordid web. I'm talking about you, Mette-Marit.
Andrew was passing confidential/secret Govt. info and documents to third parties. That's prison time.
I still think Andrew and Fergie mistakenly thought they were safe after Epstein's death, that nothing would happen...wrong.

It occurs to me that any and all papers, records and documents held by BP regarding Andrew can be subpoenaed. This would mean anything mentioning Andrew could be examined for any evidence of him leaking information. If there's anything that shows the the late queen, Philip or Charles *knew* about illegal activities then that could be a huge problem. More than a problem, it would show a cover-up because the information would have been kept in-house for years and not turned over for prosecution, or at least investigation.

The same with whether or not Charles contributed to the Guiffre fund. That could be interpreted as hush money to make the embarrassment go away so as not to mar the Jubilee. I think it will be years before the tentacles are unwound and this is over.

Yes, it could really spiral into a nightmare. There's Chinese businessman/acquaintance that Andrew grew close to for several years. It was revealed that the guy a high ranking member of the Communist Party and it was suspected he was spying. (I don't think there's any suspicion, but that was what was reported) What sensitive info might have been passed along by Andrew?
Between the entire Epstein scandal and Andrew's habit of passing along Govt. info to his "friends", it's a huge balloon of scandal. I'm sure the true facts of both scandals will not be known for years.
It goes down to Andrew's ego and greed.
