I just got a good look at the court artist's rendition of Harry, and I am impressed. She got his self-pitying expression and his hair just right. Perfect.

If the DM used unethical methods to compile files of personal information against any of the plaintiffs, that's wrong. All of us have the expectation of a measure of privacy, even those with public profiles. The DM has, in the past, shown absolutely no decency in pursuit of a story when families refuse to comment. They've hacked royal phones so I wouldn't put much past them. On a good day the DM is small 'j' journalism, although I will concede that there have been some good opinion columns and articles in the past. Not regularly, but when not positioning themselves as a low-rung entertainment rag there have been glimmers. Not of greatness, just glimmers. They do have a lot of very good photos, but their captions are often horrendous.

Harry's main complaint seems to be that her bad press has made Meghan unhappy. Well now, at whose feet to we lay those woes? Harry says that unkind press coverage has made Meghan miserable. Could it be that she's been a miserable person for the press to follow? If she thinks she's been treated roughly up to now, just wait until the eventual passing of her father. Both of them will be excoriated for their treatment of both their families.

Is it possible that the press, and much of the world, has not forgotten how the Sussexes treated a beloved queen in her last years, grieving the loss of her husband and facing her own last days? The DM was there to happily report on the many complaints and accusations of the Sussexes against pretty much anyone who they decided had aggrieved them, so the press was fine when there were useful. But they aren't obedient and deferential, so they must be stopped. Is that where we are with this? Or have the Sussexes seen what life is like without the palace to run interference and protect them and they're anticipating a very rough summer?

Dimwit didn't listen to the Judge's remarks at all and actually argued back at the Judge. He spoke at length about Chelsy and Cressida being targeted by the DM. He's spoken on the same subject at his other trials with the media. It's interesting that neither Chelsy nor Cressida ever to legal action against the media, it probably would have been more trouble to go through the process and the legal fees so they both let it go. Of course, it wasn't the media that caused both of them to end their relationships with Harry, it was Harry himself.
Note: there are AI recreations of the court action. It's posted on the video as well as Dan mentioning it. The judge is/was a media lawyer.

Chelsey didn't have a problem with the media, but Cressida did. She hated the publicity. She laid low after her breakup with Dimwit and eventually the media went on to other things.

Actually, I wish the media, both mainstream and social, would ignore you and yours, and never mention you again. But, if they did so, no doubt you'd sue them for failing to acknowledge your "work" and "charitable activities."

It's been 6 years since Megxit. How much longer must we endure his whining?

All of these media trials are such nonsense. The media outlets were taken to court and settlements took place back in the mid=2000's. Harry has to rehash it all again because years ago he refused to take any money or participate in the original trials. This entitled ass decides, along with the wife, he's going to resurrect the whole shebang again because he wants the money after years of staying silent.
The past two weeks Harry has be rehashing the story about "reconciliation" and he wants Pa to open the Invictus Games next year, if the King is there, Harry won't get booed, that's why. He slammed the Royal Family in court again. Harry and Meghan are getting so old, the public is tired of them and don't give a rip. The media is so stupid, if I got sued by this little spoiled twit and his harpy wife, I'd say no more stories, even if Meghan calls herself with info or their staff. Of course, they use stories on the Dimwit Duo for clickbait.

It's true. This case isn't about Meghan and her "miseries" with the media/DM, this case is about Harry and his breach of privacy by the DM, all those years ago. The irony is that Harry's privacy was invaded only 9 times and I can't remember if it was the DM, the media outlet didn't use any info they collected because it wasn't that interesting/sensational. The worst breach was on Catherine.
To get even more nit picky, this case isn't about Chelsy or Cressida, they were hit with the spying, but as I wrote, they could have brought up their own lawsuits. Harry is using them for the sympathy factor and of course, the wife "has" to be mentioned, she couldn't be left out. Meghan has to be at the center. The "tears" and "emotions" are all the act for sympathy...I'm sure Harry has been coached by Meghan and his lawyers.
The media will make a big deal if he wins, as always, but they always conveniently omit the fact that he still will have to pay the defense's legal fees, I think. He will have to pay for the defense team in some way. So his win will still be a loss. The same if ANL wins.

Hmm. I'm not sure if this story is true, although the wife did cosplay Victoria Beckham at that recent fashion show and was roundly criticized for her awful getup and look.Maybe the wife thinks she and the husband should be the Beckhams 2.0, and the best way to do that is to divide the soccer family?

The Beckhams have been cultivating the Wales' friendship for some time. While the Beckhams did give Meghan a warm welcome, Meghan eventually accused Victoria of leaking unflattering stories about her to the press. That's where the two couples find common ground - in attacking the Beckhams and Waleses.

The tactics that Brooklyn and his wife are using have been straight out of the Sussex playbook, the same attacks/accusations. Nearly word for word. The "inside source" in the story is either Meghan or a Sussex staff member. It's interesting that someone wants to make sure this story about Harry's "mentoring" has gotten out. We haven't seen any denials from either Sussex yet, if there's silence from the Sussexes, then it's up for suspicion.

Sundance Film Festival

"Their" film, "Cookie Queens", debuted at the Festival at 9 AM Sunday. That is not, needless to say, a prime slot. She had to give a speech, naturally, and I think it's clear she once again had no idea what she was blathering about. Also, she arrived in an oversized, wrinkled trench coat She is, of course, taking all the credit for the film. In the group photo, everyone is smiling except her and him. He looks like he's trying to smile while she's got a very weird and bizarre look on her face. It's worth noting the debut wasn't even close to sold out. 60+ seats were empty in what looks like the smaller of the two performance spaces at the Eccles theater. The smaller space holds around 200 people. Not a good turnout.

I forgot to add it's not normal for people to give a speech before the film starts, but this is Her, so naturally she had to get up and babble. She wore her usual way too long trousers and what looked like a sweatshirt.
