Dimwit didn't listen to the Judge's remarks at all and actually argued back at the Judge. He spoke at length about Chelsy and Cressida being targeted by the DM. He's spoken on the same subject at his other trials with the media. It's interesting that neither Chelsy nor Cressida ever to legal action against the media, it probably would have been more trouble to go through the process and the legal fees so they both let it go. Of course, it wasn't the media that caused both of them to end their relationships with Harry, it was Harry himself.
