They were never invited and I doubt Charles offered the scraggy olive branch to meet especially after the Sussex Express ran a story about the meeting and Harry's "supposed" list of demands for his father...again.
I doubt Charles and Harry will meet and if they do, Camilla and staff will be in the room also and the meet will be short.
