According to Wikipedia, after Hector Barrantes' death, Susan Barrantes ran into financial difficulties and sold most of the ranch she and her late husband owned. She then moved into a large flat, but kept the main house on the ranch as her country home. She and her husband are buried on what remained of the ranch. I don't know who owns it now. Maybe the stepbrother? In any event, any inheritance can't have been very much as it would have been split between Sarah, her sister Jane, and their stepbrother.
