Apparently Carey Mulligan was supposed to be the only guest in a bright gown as she is the star of the show. All the others were to dress in black, white, or other dark muted colors. TOW has to have known that, but she showed up in a dress that is almost the same shade as the star wore. There is a Tudorial about it.
