Her team apparently entered into contracts with various high end companies to promote their brands on social media, etc. She took the money but failed to deliver--surprise--and now, apparently, some of the companies have gotten together to sue her. Well, we all know she merches, snd we all also know she's lazy and doesn't honor her word.
