Yeah, Meghan could join a guild or auxiliary for Children's Hospital, but...but, she'd have to share the spotlight with the high society women and that just couldn't be done. Meghan has to shine, she simply cannot share with anyone else.
A 17 minute visit...that's about average for her. Long enough to run from room to room to get the PR shot and look like she cares and then make sure the hospital's PR dept. will get the photos out on time.
