They may not be mentioned in the emails but they may have come up on the shady side of the investigation into their parents' dealings. The vacations, the trips to the mideast, the endless luxury vacations. They seem to be on the receiving end of someone's largess and that's enough to exclude them until it can be proven that they haven't done anything underhanded, financially. It may have been that they were being hosted very generously in an attempt to get access through Andrew to government information or ministers. We don't know.
