I have no sympathy for Andrew and Fergie. Fergie has had time to find a place to live, but she wants to retain the "lifestyle that she's accustomed to", same with Andrew, "it ain't going to happen." Fergie has done little to nothing to support herself her entire life. First, it was Daddy who took care of her and fixed her messes, then it was Andrew/the Queen, then she turned to Epstein......this stupidity is the downfall of both.
There was a story going around that Fergie was going to write a "tell all" story about the Royal Family, that book would fail even more than Spare because she is so despised by the public and critics alike. "If" Andrew were to take up the residence in Bahrain, Fergie would be with him in a heart beat. Lord only knows what further scandals those two would get up to. If I was Charles, I would be telling the royals of Bahrain, "No, not a great idea, my brother belongs where I can keep tabs on him."
