Yep, more details are coming out The DM updated its original article. Jamie's father wanted to bypass Jamie and leave everything to Jamie's son from his first marriage because he believed Jamie would squander the family fortune. The trust was left in place after the father died and, IIRC, Jamie's son is one of the trustees.
