“Andrew feels he has played ball, doing everything asked of him surrounding Royal Lodge. We hear he is reeling and wants to be treated fairly, especially as he is giving up the perfectly valid lease on his beloved Royal Lodge.”
“Andrew feels frustrated, having been pushed into downgrading his accommodation, and is allegedly now demanding a suitable six- or seven-bedroom house on the Sandringham estate,” said Chard. “He feels he is entitled to all the staff he is accustomed to, including a cook, housekeeper, gardener, driver and police security.”

Andrew has more leverage now than he will after he moves. A part time cook/housekeeper wouldn't be outrageous. Sandringham already has a team of gardeners, so putting two on rotation to take care of Andrew's house isn't a big deal. A driver? No. Police security? He's already secure on Sandringham, so no.
Considering that Andrew's pretty much a pariah and no one will be coming for weekends other than his family, I don't know why he needs 6 - 7 bedrooms. Let's see, one for him, one for Fergie, a nursery, two suites for the daughters and their husbands and rooms for nannies. Yup, that would come out to 7 bedrooms.
