Andrew had a lot going for him back when. I think he made a major mistake leaving the Navy when he did. It was clear he loved it. Being put to work representing the UK's business interests was another huge mistake. Andrew had neither the experience nor the intelligence for facilitating business connections and so on. If he'd been allowed to at least be involved with military charities, he'd have been much better.

In many ways his has been a wasted life.
