I can believe that Harry is annoyed with Meghan, but that's the way of a married couple. Contemplating the grounds for justifiable homicide one week, madly in love the next.

There are two children to consider and Harry doesn't have the money to support half of Meghan's household expenses while supporting himself. Nor do I believe he's willing to inflict a broken home on the children, especially with them being so young. At the most, I think Meghan will agree to live apart for months at a time but won't agree for the children to move back to London, no matter how badly Harry wants the children to be educated there.
