I agree with you both. The suit Charles is such a surprise...I mean the way it's a stark appearance from HM's dapper look. The suit jacket is buttoned only at the middle button, leaving the top and bottom buttons undone. The one photo of Charles taken from several feet away shows the Charles practically swimming in the jacket, it's way too large for him now. The overall appearance is the suit is very wrinkled and unkept. Very unusual. I"m sure this is a suit that Charles has had, but it hasn't been altered or altered properly to adjust for his weight changes.
To me, Charles appears very tired.
