I watched the whole show a few days ago and I didn't see anyone trip or fall on the runway. Maybe one of the guests had a bad moment or a wardrobe malfunction and that set Her off?

I didn't see one even remotely acceptable outfit in the entire show. It was all one relentless uglyfest. I've never seen a fashion show that bad.
