This is the same woman who allegedly followed the Twerkers to Nigeria, showed up for the walkabout at Windsor before the late queen's funeral (she's allegedly the one Twerkette hugged), and was photographed with them in Germany and the US. I think she's paid to be the hugger/yeller/stalker.
