The first three buttons are undone, the fourth button above the belt is stretched to the limit..if it would have popped off, some poor person would have been blinded. The dress is hideous, the fabric is just weird and it's way too small for La Diva.
I'm sure Meghan crashed the party, she wasn't in attendance last year, by request I'm sure. She "surprise attended" this year, it's her way, crash a party you're not wanted at.
