I disagree. I think she's very bothered by the negative publicity.

But due to her narcissism, she doesn't recognize that that she is the problem, and so she then proceeds to either double-down on her actions (I'm right, you'll all haters, etc) or she turns around and does something else that's stupid, in the mistaken belief that action will earn her praise, which results in yet another round of criticism and mockery.
