There's a huge difference, when it comes to foil, parchment paper, etc. by brand. It wasn't so stark, once upon a time, but it is now.
Ds loves his parchment paper. I really need to try some. Previously, in years gone by, I remember it from a couple of particular recipes, but then it languished. Same with wax paper, which I mostly used for no-bake, stove-top, drop cookies.
