I'm also glad that you got your water! I'm due for water, but can't get it at this moment. More on that later.
Here, if your card messes up like that, they will let you input the number manually. Dh's card had a problem a couple of years ago, and that's what we did until we got the new one. There was one place that didn't do that, but everywhere else did.
I hope that everyone's card arrives quickly.
Is it me, or does it seem odd that both cards had the problem at the same time? Hmmmm.
Either way, hooray for having your coffee again. I don't drink it anymore, but know that when I did, I didn't want to skip it. I could have, but wouldn't have been a super happy camper, lol!
How horrible that you guys' meal was so bad! Generally, places like that are pretty standard at all franchises. I mean, they may all be like that now, we haven't eaten there in years, but I think that I would still contact the home office and tell them about your experience, vs. previous experiences.
If it is that franchise, they will probably tell them to shape up or ship out, which is only right because people don't have good money to waste on a bad meal.
If it's their new way overall, then they still need to hear that people don't like it. I've heard of fast food places changing something if they get enough negative feedback.
