So far dinner, breakfast & lunch of TStew.
Tastes very good. But I am considering adding more beef stock.
The stock is new to me and is concentrated. Two teaspoons to one cup boiling water.
It's from Kitchen Accomplice. Reduced sodium, all natural and gluten free. 12 ounces makes 28 cups of broth.
1 box contains 2 bottles each of chicken, veggie & broth concentrated stock. Once open it is stored in the fridge. A box of 6 costs $17.00.
Apparently I accidently ordered 2 boxes at $17.00 each. So far I received 1 box of 6, and have a second box delayed.
I think I may keep it, though I have the option to refuse delivery.
I will have to make a lot of soup if I keep it. Roflol! I have a head of cauliflower coming Friday. I think I will try the veggie stock. Then I have chicken thighs so the chicken stock will be tried with them.
I am looking forward to trying some of each.
So Avocado toast on sourdough or multi-grain burger buns has been breakfast until Avocados run out.
Then BLT's with thin slices of bacon, roma tomatoes & romaine on rye bread or multi-grain slices.
Tuna sandwiches or tuna green salads at least once or twice a week.
Everything green salads no meat or fish.
I tried some fried rice from schwan's but not the right taste.
Boiled pena pasta added to diced roma, garlic, basil, green peas & pasta water with moz & parm all in one pan. Really quick & tasty.
Grilled cheese with peanut butter on bread with tomato soup... yes campbells.
Pork chop with marinade.. hummm too strong. But good. With sweet potatoes, peas. And coleslaw.
Burgers lunch with tater tots & salad
Burgers dinner with corn on cob & fries & cole slaw.
Leftovers from all.
