Now, I can be bribed to eat with a great leftover...where's re-heated lasagna when you need it? :-) But, that doesn't happen hardly at all.
So, the weights are working? What exercises are you doing with them? Dh found his weights, and is working on building muscle mass, too. Now, he says that he thinks that he's found one of my older ones. He thought that he had before, but it was too heavy for me right now. So, I can start as well. We really need it...
Yes, the protein is good for that.
I would love to snack sometimes, but don't. I try to be good, but also just don't have snacky-type foods around much. For the best, I'm sure. Otherwise, I'd be happy to have a few potato chips, some pretzels...with mustard, or some beef jerky!
