I decided to eat a small cup of applesauce the have "B" when I could.
I have never been a breakfast person. So with applesauce B may be at 10 or 11am.
Lunch no later then 3pm usually 2ish
Dinner 8 or 9pm but finished by 10.
I am building up muscle mass. I have dumbbells and use 2 times a week. 3 would be better.
I'm eating more chicken, pork, beef and rice pasta and salads are low meal on totem pole.
Veggies lots of types. But also avocado toast M,T & W. Then either BLT or TL sandwiches.
All my meals are same size. I am very active. Heat will cut back on exercise for C and me. But I will continue to eat.
No I don't snack & read. I may read at the table and eat though. 8-) two totally different types of eating.
Snacking food is not good for me.
I'm more concerned about my BP since my operation. My upper number goes wacko for no reason due to regulators in my artery were removed along with cholestral. Just upper number effected. Otherwise my BP is great.
Though this year and my lots of problems have not helped.
Oh and I never ate breakfast after moving out of folks home. Only since 2003 when diag with D. After leaving BOR and all that labor lol.
Office work doesn't build muscles like labor does. 8-)
Plus I have read D causes weight loss. So am hoping to get info from Dr on Weds.
Besides I have always been thin until D.
Aging isn't helping either. Lol.
