Maybe you could write down every morsel that you eat or drink for a week or so, and if it does recur, you can see exactly what you had.
When I was still trying to figure out my issues, I used to discount anything that didn't previously bother me. I found out later that, just because I was fine with something before, didn't mean that I was fine with it now.
Another thing that you may discover, is not so much what, as when. For example, you may be fine with coffee or tea on top of food, but can no longer tolerate it alone.
Also, think about cross contamination. If you can't have milk, for example, but you use it, or another dairy product, in a cake, or for Dh, you might have been cross-contaminated anyway.
