I made a meatball sandwich on a 6 inch multigrain roll. I used Barilla Spaghetti sauce.. traditional... I got lazy so bought a few jars so I don't have to make the sauce when I really don't want to but am dying for pasta.
Put parm on top and would have added basil but the critters ate it. I grew a lot last summer but the drought worse worse here so even the critters - were eating my herbs.
I will be buying a loaf of sourdough bread from an online baker. I want to know if he will add Asiago cheese to a few loaves for me. I want the Asiago loaf for Avocado Toast. But also garlic bread, cheese bread for pasta meals.
This afternoon I will be busy ordering items from Amazon Pantry, Schwans Meal delivery, a test order from Imperfect Foods and get me neighbor to run me to the Veggie stand in town.
I may ask the baker to recommend other bakers who make other bread types. Multigrain, Raisin bread and Pumpernickel, Ciabatta and a few others. I am so tired of refined breads from the grocery store. Even some of the bakery section breads are yuck!
Well, I have a busy week ahead - Things to do, Things to do... 8-)
