My mother used to make what were called: thin pork chops. They were delicious.
I've seen rare roast beef like that. Some people love it. That's what I would have suggested...a minute in the microwave, or a hot frying pan with oil in it, and a sprinkle of salt, maybe.
The breakfast foods sound good, and overall healthy.
Wow, the other meals sound good, too, especially when it's not really 'cooking weather!'
I'd say that you deserve the pizza after all of that!
I'm so sorry about Mussy, too. :-(
That's a big jump in #'s. Here, we went from almost no cases, to completely out of control. :-( We are at 207.
The Dr. agreed to a phone appt. for Dh, but couldn't give him his prescriptions until he came in to sign papers, etc. :-(
Then, he was great about some things, but said that if he's going to be able to treat Dh, he needs a cat scan of his back...and his shoulder, which has become a big problem, etc.
The problem is...going to the hospital to get such tests. There are covid patients there, and the numbers are going up fast. The state is threatening to take us over to get it under control.
It's just so scary. Even having him ride to the Drs. office and back w/ Ds was scary.
Anyway, that's the update. I've seen that Texas is up there with us and Florida with major problems with cases, so please cont. to be careful.
And, of course, have a great food week! (Gotta' have something to look forward to!) ;-)
