This was a so-so week, because I was feeling so badly for part of it.
We had eggs a couple of times, and some sweet potatoes another day, which were especially good.
2 nights ago, we took the next-to-last small roast out of the freezer, so things should improve.
I did get a bag of onion powder, and it's really, really good. I haven't had any for a while. When I ran out, I couldn't get it for a while, but I have it now, and am excited to start adding it to various things again.
I have a few basic vegetables, and 4 apples, so am sure that I can figure out some meals. I'd like to get chicken, and make another broth. I have one small bag left in the freezer, and I've been hesitating to use it until I replace it. I'd love to have some soup about now!
I've also been thinking about making fudge ice cream, and ginger snaps. Hmmm, I think that I need to eat breakfast, lol!
