I decided to cut back on sugar this year, so that meant revamping my cocoa.
1st, I cut out 1/3 of the sugar.
Then, after a few days, cut the sugar in 1/2, which was cutting back the original recipe by 2/3. I was happy with that.
Then, today, I decided to have a 'double,' because of many factors, so for the 1st time since starting, I had 2/3 of the original amount of sugar, instead of 1/3.
Still, it satisfied me, and I don't think that I'll have any trouble going back to the new norm tomorrow.
