Second, I have been thinking of copying Bright photographs from cookbooks, etc.. to put on my kitchen wall where the wall paper is a disaster.
Adding to photos of all types plants of veggies will be the plants where herbs, seeds and now pods, i.e., vanilla, come from.
This has inspired me to action. Well, at least to adding a new project to my list. LOL
The wall paper and the tile on the kitchen floor are at war with each other. Whomever picked them out had horrible decorating taste. YUCK!
Third, I pulled out a 50 cent Sunset Magazine titled:
Fresh Produce A to Z: How to select, store & prepare fresh produce...with over 250 recipes. I was looking for photos and these are glorious. Remember the Sunset Magazines that cover everything from A to Z? The photography is amazing.
This issue was printed in 1987 in Menlo Park, CA. Aw, fond memories as my Dad loved to cook and often picked up the issues related to cooking.
I was going through it the other day and it has more in it then some of the Veggie bibles I have. The back inside cover lists all the veggies included. What a great list and I may coy and hang in the kitchen for my own inspiration.
There are at least 24 other food issues listed by Sunset. The one that I think is missing is the one that was for Hawaiian cooking.
Ok next topic... this is kinda quirky in subject for it is health related - not sure how accurate it is but it is a menu guide for Blood Types.
There is a book titled: Eat Right for Your Type.
Suggestions for my blood type were interesting. When I reached the bottom said to avoid Coffee and Alcohol. If only I could avoid coffee. 8-(
What I really need to do is to cut coffee out together. Since I can't cut back - my only alternative is to stop buying it at all. Wish me luck. I have lots of types of tea... but lately have found myself reaching for the coffee. Darn!
Anyway, here is the link for the WebMD site discussing regarding the above mentioned idea.

The concept is not for me as my food choices are based on my health, i.e., diabetes and other influences.
I posted all this as some bits of trivia.
